How to install a SSL certificate for your mail sub-domain in Enhance control panel?
The article guides you through the steps to install an SSL certificate on your mail sub-domain when using the Enhance control panel.
1. Login to your account at https://hub.hivium.com
2. Select the website that you would like to secure with an SSL certificate.
3. Go to the "Security" option in the top menu bar.
4. You will see a page open like the attached screenshot below.
5. Now click on the three dots as seen in the screenshot below. You will see the second option to "Request a Let's Encrypt certificate for mail".
6. Wait for a few minutes, and your Let's Encrypt SSL certificate will be installed automatically.
Note: Your domain must be pointing to the server IP before you request a Let's Encrypt certificate.
Note 2: If you are using Cloudflare the request can sometimes fail.
