How to edit a file using the File Manager in cPanel?

- In cPanel, find the "File Manager" under the Files section.
- Select "Web Root"
- Ensure that "Show Hidden Files (dotfiles)" is checked.
- Click "Go".
- Select the file you wish to edit.
- Choose "Edit", "Code Edit", or "HTML Editor" from the toolbar. Edit
treats the file as plaintext, Code Edit treats it as code, and HTML
Editor treats the file as an HTML document.
- Click "Edit" in the pop-up window.
- Click "Save Changes" when you are finished.
