After changing the DNS to Hivium, you need to wait for a few hours for the change to reflect over the internet. Generally, this happens in a few minutes on average, but sometimes can take up to 48 hours depending on your Domain Registrar where you have updated your DNS. It has been seen a few times that ISP's aggressively cache DNS at their end, and therefore even after changing the DNS you are not able to view your website.
To check if your website is working or not, follow the steps mentioned below,
1. Go to
https://www.proxysite.com/ and enter your website address and click on the "Go" button. If your website loads, the DNS has propagated properly and everyone can see the website properly over the internet.
2. If you are still unable to view the website in your browser, we recommend to clear your browser cache and cookies and then check.
3. Try using a different browser and incognito mode.
4. Flush your DNS and then take a look. Open command prompt and type in "ipconfig /flushdns"and then try accessing the websites.
5. Reboot your router.
